A small practice, on purpose.
Zain Financial Services Inc. is a Markham-based advisory practice serving families and business owners across Ontario. Most clients arrive the same way: successful, incorporated or close to it, and quietly aware that their investments, insurance, corporate structure, and estate intentions have never been looked at together by one team that understands all four.
That is the job we built the practice to do: plan how wealth grows, how it is protected, and how it eventually changes hands, then stay with the plan as life changes around it. And the work is deliberately personal. The people you meet in the first call are the people who run your plan for the next twenty years.

Founder & Principal Advisor
Muhammad built the practice around a conviction: most families never see their insurance, tax, and estate decisions in one place, and the gaps between advisors are where wealth leaks out. He leads every client relationship personally, from the first mapping conversation through implementation and the annual reviews that follow. His work concentrates on corporately owned insurance structures, retirement income design, and funding the estates of business-owner families.

Tax Specialist & Consultant
Naveed pressure-tests every recommendation from the tax side before it reaches a client. His CPA lens covers compensation strategy for incorporated professionals, the interaction between corporate portfolios and the small business deduction, and how a structure will actually behave on a tax return rather than in a brochure. When a strategy does not survive his review, it does not get recommended.

Barrister & Solicitor, LLB
Parul brings the legal context that estate and succession planning quietly depends on: whether the documents, designations, and agreements around a strategy actually say what the family thinks they say. She helps clients understand how wills, beneficiary designations, and shareholder agreements interact with the insurance layer, and when it is time to bring in outside counsel for drafting.

One plan, checked from every angle
Wealth, estate, protection, and tax context are one system, so every plan that leaves this office has been looked at by an advisor, a CPA, and a lawyer before you see it. Slower than a one-person opinion. Considerably harder to knock over.
Start with one conversation.
The first conversation is thirty minutes, costs nothing, and commits you to nothing. Bring your questions, and leave with a clearer sense of where you stand.
